We practise what we preach
For more than 15 years, Anant led large, multicultural and globally spread teams, and mentoring young professionals through their career objectives. Anant believes that most important part of working with large teams, is identifying personal preferences and strengths of team members and channelizing them in the right direction, to create a win-win situation for employees and employers alike. Often employees don’t know their true calling, and affinity between their personality/ interests and the jobs they are in. It is therefore key that all organizations including educational institutes, use proven techniques and processes to help professionals and students identify their strengths and liking for an occupation, equip them with necessary skills, information and guide them in the right direction in their long working life.
For students aspiring for college admissions, one thing clearly stands out in Indian context is that the journey can be highly stressful for them and parents, if not thought out and planned meticulously.
Deep interest in education coupled with experience of mentoring young professionals and his two sons, has motivated Anant to venture into counselling students and early-to-mid career professional, and guiding them to their “Best-Fit” careers.
