Our corporate offering focuses on improving effectiveness of the Line Managers, Leaders at the Middle Management and their teams.

Leadership at the Line and Middle Management levels, directly affects employee morale as well as customer satisfaction, and therefore leadership style at these levels has to be inclusive for an organization to be effective.
In addition, for teams to be affective, each member needs to have inclusive approach in terms of awareness of their own potential blind spots, as well as strengths of other team members, who may have different approach to work.

Both the offerings mentioned below use Carl Jung’s theory of Personality Types and more specifically, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and its wealth of industry leading interpretive reports for individual leaders as well as teams. The basic premise is to bring out actual characteristics of the leader as well as the team using proven MBTI® assessment model, identify potential areas of improvements and develop practical strategies for effectiveness enhancement.

Leadership Effective Enhancement

We adopt a holistic approach to coach leaders at entry to middle level of management.
With the approach illustrated below, a holistic, unbiased 360-degree view of Leader’s overall profile is created in terms of following:

Self-awareness on strengths and blindspots in a structured manner makes mentoring and improvement process productive.
Coach and the Leader then work on developing practical strategies to alleviate effects of blindspots over a few mentoring sessions depending on the comfort level of the Leader.

Putting strategies in action

The Leader then puts strategies in action in workplace over a sufficient period of time and relays the results to the Coach in periodic 1-on-1 sessions between them.
 
The entire process has been developed in such a way that it equips the leader with tangible resources to discover self as well as clearly identify areas of development along with effective strategies.

Team Effectiveness Workshop

No two people are same, therefore different points of view and different routes to reach the same intended destination. Teamwork is  challenging as it requires people with diverse preferences to work together for the achievement of the shared goals.
 
Our Team Effectiveness Enhancement workshops extends Personal Effectiveness Enhancement to the entire team. Knowing Personality (innate personal preferences) of others in the team and blind spots of self in a structured and uniform way, helps improve quality of interactions within the team.

This offering uses MBTI® reports to help all the team members identify team strengths, potential challenges, and ways to improve performance in terms of following

  • Team’s Personality type
  • Team’s strengths

Team is taken through the concept of personality types, assessment findings in a highly invigorating workshop facilitated by a certified Global Coach in a full day session. Facilitator also helps team develop strategies to resolve issues identified by the team in a collaborative manner.

Assessments: Requires all participants to take MBTI® assessments at least 5 days ahead of the workshop.
